So life right now is not really allowing me to blog, or I am bad at blogging, or don’t have the desire or whatever. Find me on instagram under my new name (someday I’ll update this to match) @crazy.diamond.shines.on
I also still have @my.revengebody where I post blank trackers.
I recently posted a calendar and tracker for the January 2017 challenge. Find them here.
I understand that some of the trackers may appear weird when you download the PDFs, this is because I saved the hidden layers and for some reason they are showing. Please leave a comment (or better yet dm me on instagram) and I will fix when I can. In the mean time you should be able to right-click on the JPEG version and use that instead.
This article pre-dates @fitgirlsguide, but if it didn’t I might wonder if Mike Rowe was a fit girl. Check out what my celebrity-crush, Mike Rowe has to say about finding a job, and finding contentment in life.
Mike Rowe of Dirty Jobs
This is a quick read and a great reminder that we are in control of our own happiness.

I have taken a very extended break from working out, and it shows!
I also have been doing a poor job of keeping up with this blog, since I started this post a month ago! Good news is, I successfully completed the October 25th challenge as far as workouts go. Didn’t miss a single one!
I am thrilled to be showing some progress, even without following the plan perfectly. I didn’t lose any weight, in fact, I gained a pound. This is why it’s so important to measure and use photographs to track progress!
I often have said over the years how I’d be a supermodel if only cheese didn’t exist. Well this week I was validated when my mom cut out this article.
Cheese happens to be especially addictive because of an ingredient called casein, a protein found in all milk products. During digestion, casein releases opiates called casomorphins.
“[Casomorphins] really play with the dopamine receptors and trigger that addictive element.”

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve updated here, but wanted to share that I was featured in an article on Yahoo! Crazy! This the excerpt, I intend to post the whole enchilada (can you tell I’m hungry) that I sent to the author soon!
Jen, 35, who founded the blog MyRevengeBody.com after several hard breakups and unhealthy relationships, agrees. “It’s not about looking good as revenge anymore for me, it’s about living well.” She’s also out to ensure that younger women struggling with body image and self-esteem issues after failed romances will take positive, empowering steps to health instead of wasting time hating their bodies. “It’s validating to refuse to put up with anything less than you deserve.”

This is something that I have been learning over the past few years. I think I finally have it down. There are always going to ups and downs in life that you can’t control. You can control your reaction.
I have been very happy recently, despite wrecking my car on Monday, and all the ups and downs with my grandma’s health. There was another time where I would have spent countless hours feeling sorry for myself. Now I know there’s no point. Things happen as they are meant to happen. No sense in worrying.
Keep calm and be a unicorn.
Fit Girl’s Guide reposted my photo on instagram and I’m geeking out! This community is so awesome! I am certain that I would have slacked off and gained another 20lbs if it hadn’t been from all the support I’ve received here. I spend all my free time on instagram, which is a big reason that I stink at blogging so much. I hope to start posting here more regularly. In the meantime, I’m on instagram and look at this fabulous pudding! <3
I absolutely love this dish! I could eat it every day. I won’t be posting the recipe here because it is copyrighted but you can get it from the Fitkini Body Challenge book from Fit Girl’s Guide.
My Body Gallery Website
This is a great resource for women who struggle with body image. You can browse pictures based on age, size, weight, height etc. and see what REAL women look like. Definitely check it out!
Here is my fitness inspiration board on Pinterest. I enjoy reading through these and some of my other quotes boards when I’m having an off day to boost my motivation.
