About Jen

Already know about me? Don’t care? To go straight to the blog click here.

Hi everyone, I’m Jen! (plz excuse the outdated selfie #perfectlighting #toolazytoupdatethisnow lol)

(null) I am on a mission to get my revengebody! I’ve decided to blog about my journey. As an emotional eater, my weight has fluctuated my entire life. It took me a while but I’ve finally found the strength to permanently change my lifestyle. That means my attitude, my eating habits, and my self-image. I’m a work in progress, but have found some serious motivation. I’ll be using this site to hold myself accountable, (so it’s ok even if I’m the only one that ever reads it, haha). I’d like to think maybe by sharing my struggles I might be able to help or encourage a few people along the way!

“What’s a revengebody?” To me it’s a healthy way to reclaim my self-worth. We’ve all heard the saying, “Don’t get mad, get even.” I’m thinking in the terms of another cliche, “Living well is the best revenge,” therefore, “Don’t get mad, get hot!”

  7. Hello To One and All Readers ! Hi ! ;-]
First I’m Not a woman ! I’m a 60’s Guy who’s coming out of a little over 15 years Recovery from a Broken Spinal Colum and some lower Nerve Damage to one leg!!! I would Kinda like just a little Revenge on All My Family Member who continually tell Me that I’m “”Short %ft-8in’s / Fat / and Bald!!
In My Career, I was working on becoming a GS-15/16/18 ” Senior Executive Service Professional until “” Throat Cancer (like that Actor M. Douglas””:.
I Fought the Cancer for almost 8 years; But Beat It !!! Then when I attempted to Re-Enter National Intel. Agencies; They told Me I was to Old and would have to begin all over as a GS-5 ? Thus, I decided My Real Interests in Life were working as both a Counseling Psychologist and/or School Teacher & Coach. Which I Full accomplished ! However, with in My 1st ten years of Baltimore City & County Elem. (((Special Ed. Teaching))) Somehow I Broke My Spinal Colum in 3-4 Different places and could no longer keep up with the Students I so, so Cared For ! ! ! !
Over 15 years agao I had My first of 3- 4 Spinal Operation; Evening Breaking My Foot in My (( at the time )) Dead Leg ? ? ?
Well,,,,NOW I’m Coming out of All That Terrible LIFE Garbage! ! LOST 30 pounds; doing YOGA / Walking at the High School Track / and doing very, very, very Lite WorkOuts at the Small Local Gym.
I’ve really, really Need to lose 25 more pounds and in turn get STRONGER Legs. I REALLY, REALLY WANT ADULT WOMEN TO BE ATTRACTED TO Me AND TO BE “” SEXUALLY ACTIVE “” AGAIN ! ! Just like the Rest of u Normal People. As the Son of a General I was Force Taught “”BallRoom Dancing “”” ! And, I was very very good at it.

I Don’t Get Any Support from Anyone in My Effort ! I would be very Grateful for ANY Type of HELP and SUPPORT from Everyone and Anyone here ? ? ? ?
    Agai, Thank you very much

  10. hey jen! great blog! & like you too, I have been battling my weight up/down in my 20s and 30s, and now that I’ve recently learned how to keep it under control for the past month with proper nutrition and consistent wellness activities to stay motivated, that I feel better about myself. Again, this is an on-going journey for me to take my health back in control and live with a sense of purpose. Kudos to you for projecting inspiration & emotional support! I commend you on your courage and positive spirit for sharing your story to everyone near & far!

    • Thank you! It certainly is a journey. There have been so many times I think I’ve finally succeeded and then wander down a path of beer and nachos again. :/ No giving up! Good job on finding something that works for you!
