I made this using the watercolor I did for my #AbandonTheBandwagon challenge with @fitgirlsguide. I hope you find it useful!

It’s been way too long since I created a new tracker, so when I saw this vintage mermaid sleeping in an oyster, I had to make this! I hope you enjoy her as much as I do!
This adorable, functional workout die is the brain child of @kdfitgirl and you should absolutely download it and print it and workout with it! It’s comprised with @fitgirlsguide workouts. If you haven’t already checked them out then how did you find my website? But really…check them out!
If you’re like me, you might be struggling to come up with things to write in your lunchbox notes for the Fit Girl’s Guide challenge. Recently, a few of us decided to do a #fitgirlnoteswap where 5 girls get together and send 7 notes to the other girls, resulting in 28 notes (a whole challenge). During that process, my hand got really tired so I decided to make some printable ones. Here’s 12 notes that you can print and cut when you feel like you need some new inspiration! Enjoy!
If you want to exchange notes with girls, you can download this pic and post to your instagram to do an exchange.
Finally got around to making a calendar for June! It makes my OCD extra happy that the challenge with Fit Girl’s Guide starts on June 1st!
Hi fitfam! I figured it was about time for a new tracker, so I poodled this together!
Guess I got carried away, had to make another one!
I know that some of you have your men joining in on the fit girl fun. Being a single person, it didn’t even occur to me to make a non-girly tracker. @fitgirl.tang requested this one for her man to use. Enjoy!
A few of us fit girls are also encouraging each other to create art. If you’d like a little extra accountability join our chat!
**UPDATE **Due to spam I had to remove this link. Please comment here or email/DM me on instagram and I will invite you to the chat.
For those of you new to GroupMe, it can get crazy if you accidentally have sms notifications on.
I want this to be ENJOYABLE for everyone!
On Androids, from the main page go to your settings, make sure “Receive messages via SMS” is not checked! Otherwise your phone will be blowing up. Before you go to bed you can go to “Turn off all notifications” and it will allow you to mute notifications from 1-12 hours or turn them off completely. I mute them when I need to get stuff done. On Androids you can also change how your notification sounds, sometimes I will turn off the sound and only get the visual notifications by selecting “silent” as my notification for this app.
iPhone people, why? I’m still looking into it but I believe you need to go to your main settings for the iPhone, under “general>notifications>groupme” and adjust from there. There’s no way to set a specific text tone for the app on Apple.
